Beep Test Police & Military 1.3

The Beep Test is a multi-stage fitness evaluation used to assess cardiovascular fitness and maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 Max). It is a widely recognized tool employed by coaches and trainers to evaluate athletes' fitness levels or as a mandatory assessment for various organizations such as police, emergency services, and the military.

The standard version of the test comprises 21 levels, with each level involving a varying number of shuttles. During the test, individuals run back and forth between two markers positioned either 20 or 15 meters apart, depending on the selected test. The running speed increases progressively in response to audible beeps. The test concludes when the participant can no longer maintain the required pace or upon reaching the maximum level. It can be conducted independently without assistance.
